Term 1 will take the form of an intensive 3-day publishing and printing workshop which introduces students to stencil printing on Bedford Press as an introduction to work completed in Term 2. Dates TBC.

 

What happens when the designer assumes the role of editor, publisher and distributor? This course will provide a brief introduction to the history, graphic design and production of independent publications. Following the success of Marginal (2008) and Man•i•fest (Bedford Press, 2009) each student will edit, publish and distribute a collective publication.
